Fitz The Bill is a weekday morning sports talk show airing live from 8–10 a.m. on ESPN Richmond. As the host and creator, I developed the show from the ground up, crafting a format that blends sharp sports commentary with humor, pop culture, and community connection. With a growing audience, Fitz The Bill has become a go-to destination for fans looking for authentic, high-energy conversation around both local and national sports stories.

Each show is built around original segments, in-depth analysis, and live listener interaction, all designed to create a sense of community and real-time engagement. I regularly welcome athletes, analysts, and local figures on-air, offering exclusive insight and compelling storytelling. Beyond the mic, I lead the show's social media strategy and podcast presence to keep the audience connected and engaged across platforms.

Sidetracked is a weekly long-form interview segment airing every Friday during Hour 2 of Fitz The Bill. I built the concept from scratch, the name, the format, the rundown, and the closing questions that give every conversation a signature close. Sidetracked steps away from the usual sports-talk pace to slow down and dig into the people behind the games, giving guests room to tell fuller stories than a standard interview allows.

Since launching in July 2026, Sidetracked has quickly become one of the most engaged segments of the week, with strong early traction across social and YouTube. Each episode is built around genuine conversation. It's become a space where athletes, coaches, and local figures open up in a way that feels different from anything else on the show.

Talk of the Town is ESPN Richmond's high school football coverage, and it's become one of the most talked-about parts of the fall season. Each week features a Player of the Week interview alongside LIVE coverage of the Game of the Week, complete with in-game highlights, postgame interviews, and a fan-favorite bit: Fitz The Bill Food Reviews. It's a full production built to put Richmond's high school athletes and programs in the spotlight they deserve.

The growth has been staggering. The 2026 season's coverage has already surpassed 2025's entire season total in total impressions, up more than 16% year-over-year with weeks of football still to play, and Instagram following tied to Talk of the Town content is up nearly 74% over the same stretch.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple idea: sports are better when they're shared with a community. Whether it's the morning conversation on Fitz The Bill, the deeper stories told on Sidetracked, or the spotlight Talk of the Town puts on Richmond's high school athletes, each piece is built around the same goal — creating real connection between the games we love and the people who show up for them.

That commitment goes beyond the mic. From developing original formats to producing live broadcasts to building out the social strategy that keeps fans engaged between shows, I'm invested in telling sports stories in a way that feels authentic, energetic, and true to the community it serves. This is just the beginning.
